Factory Foote Schumacher Storm 2 Rear Tower (L1R Buggy Shocks)

The Factory Foote Schumacher Storm 2 Rear Tower for buggy shocks sticks to the same design principles as our other ST models. Developed in partnership with racers from both northern and southern regions, it takes cues from the L1R rear tower. The L1R was chosen for its lower and wider profile compared to the LD3 rear tower. The rear body mount holes are now 3mm lower, and it’s available in all our signature colors, ready to elevate your racing game.

These towers are experimental, so some adjustments to shock angles, up-travel, and down-travel are anticipated. A more vertical shock angle results in using more shock stroke with wheel travel. This is particularly important with current carpet ST tires, as they have a larger diameter compared to some ST slick tires.
